Stop the grenchies killing you until you picked up a present imo.
1 present picked up, then you're aloud to die. Then you can actually pick them up without recovering from lag, dead again. For future events now, ofc. |

I got all my presents without a problem, why can't you? Also, directly into inventory would mean that afk-ing for Gifts would be possible :/ |

/signed - for the idea to automatically spawn in your inventory.
I just think its more equitable this way, and don't understand why people think AFK'ing is bad during such events (although I was interactive in all but two sessions). In RL, do people give your presents away if you are asleep?  And for those who wonder why anyone had trouble picking up presents apparently wasn't in the LA District with me when the Ping count peaked at 76K.

Will just cause more AFK, Invent spawn should only be allowed when they find a way to stop AFK'ers. Things like standing still for x minutes and you have to reconnect, not totally DC'ing but while this is on they can't receive items, trades, etc.. I like the idea a freind came up with, "AFKers, Greyed out in towns and outposts", their names could also "Grey-out" or dissapear while they need to reconnect. This suggestion might have been in wrong topic or thread, (New to Guru, so give me a chance, and this thought was in my head while i was posting, and i was on a roll )
